1. Energy of the staff is great. They are extremely kind, engaging and professional.
2. The classes are great. There is no judgement, the focus is on fitness, general health and well-being. This comes across with the attentiveness of all the staff to all those who are participating. Whether beginner or expert, no one is left out. Right from reception till the completion of my time, I felt listened to.
3. Hot Yoga South is also unique in the musical element as well. I personally had not experienced this before. The lively style of music encouraged me to push myself to go further than I would otherwise have allowed.
4. Once you enter, it’s like your stepping into a new world - this enables one to focus - have fun - and leave all the day to day restrains outside - this way, I can totally focus on my class.

Not too cramped which is a big plus. It would be nice if you didn’t have to pay for mats and they were laid out prior to class so that everyone has equal space/mirror view
