I liked the idea that they greeted me at the door, asked if I needed any help and when I said I was just looking they didn't "hover" over me the whole time. When I had a question there was a salesperson close enough by that I could quickly get an answer. Prices were comparable to other stores and the quality of the furniture is superior. I did end up buying a sofa, chair and ottoman. I was even able to borrow a throw pillow so that I could color shop for paint, pictures, and curtains. There was an Interior Designer on site to help with suggestions on other decors to go along with the new furniture.
Only thing I can say was not up to par was the delivery date. I have to wait a whole month before I get my new furniture and the delivery price was a bit much

Luz was our salesperson and she did an excellent job showing us options for upcoming furniture purchases. She was informative, professional and very pleasant. The store was laid out well and had a good selection of furniture and accessories. We were able to see options not available in the store using the online monitor. We have purchased from Ashley before and been very please and will be purchasing more once we decide on items for our new home.
The help was invaluable and provided us with information to make our decision.
