From the moment I walked in the store, through me walking out the door, it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was nice. I had an amazing salesman, Dee Kinney, who recommended queen/king bed sets, showed me other options that weren't on the showroom. I will definitely be back to make a final decision on our home furnishings.

We loved the personal and friendly service. We had shopped at 2 other furniture previously that same day and we very frustrated and disappointed. Our salesperson at Ashley looked at pictures of our den and helped us find multiple options that would work for our home.
The salesman Mr.Dee in mobile, AL was so knowledgeable and nice. He took time to explain different qualities of the furniture and finance plans, along with deals the company have for customers. I appreciate his time and effort. He is really great with customer service and represents Ashley Furniture well. Also I will be back into the store.
