I enjoyed my time in the store. Mrs Kim got everything that I wanted wrote down and was suppose to call me ain’t him a day or two to give me prices. However, that never happen! I’m highly upset that I just now received a call back today, a week and a half too late.

It was an amazing experience ,I loved Been able to sit on the recliners feel the different type of materials, and loved how welcome miss Mikhol make me feel, I felt like home , she’s a great person there’s no doubt. Everything so nice and clean good staff,loved the variation.

The actual in store was super my problem is with trying to order the mattress protector. I have sent 2 request for assistance with this and have not received a response for either. I know that the things are off kilter right now with everything that is going on but in order to keep the warranty in effect on our tempur-pedic mattress. Any help with this would be appreciated

The Sales Consultant Michol was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our search for a new mattress. She also advised us on mattress protection and the purchase of the mattress manufacturer kits to preserve the life and warranty of the mattress.
