Enjoyed the shopping experience but when issue arose about furniture the support in Loxley will not return phone call. One couch was reordered and second couch they were too get a service technician out to see if could be repaired before ordering second couch. It has been 22 days since was told service technician would come out. Called and left voice mail 2 days ago and no response.
