The shopping experience in the store was good. The problem we had was the furniture was not in stock that we wanted and we were told we would get 20% off if we financed so we called them back two days later and they went from 20% off to 6% off if we financed for 12 months and they offered us a $100 gift card and at first they said they would apply it to our purchase and then they said they wouldn't so we went to another store and furnish our whole house so Ashley lost a huge huge huge sale because they wouldn't commit to what they said in the first place

Kimberly Rakes was awesome. She didn't lurk around us while shopping but explained where we could find items we were looking for. We decided on a sectional sofa and can't wait until it arrives. Kimberly gave us the best price she could. When I told her a competitor was having a "no sales tax" day, she was able to discount our items below whet the competitor had. I highly recommend Kimberly if you are looking for furniture.

I liked that we were greeted immediately upon entering. We had a sales associate available to help us but also allowed us to browse freely. She went over sales and offers politely answering all our questions. We went to several furniture stores that day but has the best experience in your store.
