I was greeted when I walked in. The representative, Ted Miller, showed me all the options in what I was looking for and even was able to find the sofa I was interested in for a cheaper manufacturer price.
We came in late on Saturday and Susan at the Burlington store was very helpful and quickly we had found exactly what we needed.

I was able to come in and get help without the sales associate hovering over me the entire time. Which is one thing that really is irritating about coming into a furniture store. Staff answered my questions help me as needed and was professional Enough to give me my own space to browse and look around.
