We were met at the door and was told where to find what we were looking for. It was nice to be able to walk around alone and knew the person we met would be able to answer our questions when we were ready.

In store representatives easily understood what I needed and were able to assist quickly.

Cons: the Greensboro stores are story in manpower if there are more than 10 to 15 customers at a time.
