My whole purchasing experience with Ashley Furniture of Greensboro has been extremely satisfying. I work with Mr.. Shannon Wade to make my selections as well as Donya who assistant me and checking out my purchases. Both associates understood my special circumstances with respect to everything and they worked to ensure that I received all of my items in a timely fashion. I did have to return to check on one item but through it all, this staff was superb! The furniture looks great too.

Amy greeted me as soon as I walked in and answered all of my questions. She looked up a couch I had seen at another Ashley store and pulled up the item and gave me all the details I needed. Will be back to purchase with her!

What did you like about your experience?

We worked with Thai and she was the best. She greeted us warmly, checked on us periodically, but let us explore on our own. When we found what we thought we wanted she quickly gave us a price. We wanted to think on it and we felt no pressure to buy just a pleasant reminder she would be there the next day. We came back and went straight to her and got the sofa pronto! We actually enjoyed the experience. She is our number one salesperson😁
