I did find the lobby had garbage and old take out starbucks cups that were there before my appointment and still there after.
Also I found all the shoes scattered around the lobby very unappealing and it felt like walking into my living room at home. Needs to be better organized as this is the first thing you are greeted with when you walked in. It also felt odd walking around waiting for my appt in my socks I actually got them wet stepping where someone had dropped boots. Perhaps a better way for clients to put their shoes away instead of dropping them or a kind reminder sheet asking people to put their shoes onto shelves.
Could you invest in little paper boots so clients as it feels unprofessional walking around in socks.
Also I am not sure why but during my appt I kept hearing a sound almost like a running toilet during my entire appointment it felt like it was coming from the room above me.

This is a great spa if you're looking for an awesome massage in a more casual setting. Everytime I see Carla she is always very friendly, asks what I want, offers advice and makes me feel so good. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy!
