My granddaughter went from a struggling, barely-passing student in math to one who just got an "A" on her report card! Mathnasium has given her confidence to tackle math problems without the fear and confusion she previously experienced. The instructors at Mathnasium are very patient and have a true desire to teach the student how to successfully execute the math they are working on at the time. Rich understands what is needed to get a student to perform at or above the level they are currently working on, and he ensures that everything is done consistently to achieve that goal.

Mathnasium is a great place for students to build confidence or fill in learning gaps. Rich listens and will help design the best program for your child. His instructors are knowledgeable, approachable and patient.

Our daughter started MATHNASIUM I’ve this past summer, after a tortuous year of math, where she struggled, lost all confidence, and barely passed. This year, after her experience at MATHNASIUM, there’s been a complete, total turn around. She’s flying through her math skills, and has been maintaining a mid-90’s average and is actually ENJOYING her math class and learning!!! We can’t believe her progress. It’s really unbelievable. So grateful to have found MATHNASIUM... just can’t recommend it enough!!!

Since my son has started going to Mathnasium, he has definitely been more active in school and more motivated to succeed in his classes, not just math. Although it has only been a little over 30 days, I notice the difference in how he approaches homework and studies for tests & quizzes.

We would like to thank the management and staff of Mathnasium for accommodating our Son's study needs by developing a College level Calculus II study plan for him. We were referred to Mathnasium by some parents of High School students who had success with the service provided. When we initially met with the Rich, he advised us that they were primarily geared towards working middle and high school students, but not College students. Without hesitation he offered to develop a personalized study plan for him, which has made a tremendous improvement in his level of understanding and confidence with his school work.

My daughter attended Mathnasium for 6 months and there has been such a transformation. She started out very behind in math with failing grades, no confidence and didn't understand basic concepts. All I can say is now in middle school her math teacher recently said to her " I thought your mom said you struggled in math." Her confidence has improved so much! She's no longer nervous or demanding I sit and do her math with her. Mathnasium is a wonderful organization and helped us so much! We are forever grateful! The staff was amazing, welcoming and really made math fun to where my daughter would ask to go!

My daughter has been struggling in math for years. I signed her up for Mathnasium and She has gone from fIling grades to getting 80’s and 90’s on tests and quizzes! I wish I had signed her up sooner!

My granddaughter has been going several times a week for about 4 months and I definitely see an improvement in learning how to understand and solve a problem. She enjoys going and it's nice to know having math homework is no longer an issue because they work with her to understand and do it correctly which has built her confidence. All the staff and Rich are all great!

Every student, no matter what their skill/grade level, will benefit from regular attendance at Mathnasium. Rich has assembled a group of very bright, caring and patient instructors who help students master all math concepts, whether simple or complex.

If your child is struggling with math or just wants to improve their grade; Mathnasium offers a pleasing, supportive environment. Rich is super to work with and listens to your concerns. The staff is encouraging and provides great feedback. My son significantly improved his Math SAT score and my daughter has consistently raised her grade in math each quarter.

This summer my son JJ attended 10 math sessions at Mathnasium of Sayville. When JJ began his sessions he had a very negative attitude towards his ability to learn math. During the 10 sessions at Mathnasium I started to see this attitude change for the positive. On JJ’s first day of seventh grade as he came home from school his first response to me was that he thought this year he would do better in math because he already knew about the first topic on integers from Mathnasium. Now JJ has the confidence to do what he needs to do. His first test grades were 82 and 85 thanks to Mathnasium!

Both of my kids have benefitted from the Mathnasium method of learning. Instructors are always caring, friendly, and knowledgeable, making every session an enjoyable learning experience.

Staff is amazing!! My daughter started at MATHNASIUM with a fear of math and absolutely zero confidence. After only a few sessions, she is LOVING MATH and her confidence is back!! She couldn’t wait to start school and get to her math class!! Something she dreaded, is now her favorite subject!! I can’t believe it!! Worth every single penny and then some!!!

Everyone my son had for his one on one tutoring session was fabulous, They put my son at ease with taking the Geometry regents. He passed and I’m very grateful for that. We will definitely be using them for algebra ll for this upcoming school year!!
