It was so easy to register for my class and the variety of class times made it convenient for my schedule. The instructor was friendly and made me feel welcomed. The facilities were clean and well stocked. Overall it was a good experience.
The studio is convenientl. And the teachers are wonderful! Filiz and Charlotte are my favorites! I only wish there were more noon classes offered.

The location and the studio is great. Well organized space and I like the room it's held in - enough area for everyone.
The teachers are consistently knowledgeable and professional. Always feels like an effective work out with a mix of yoga and strength.
Love the classes! Excellent instructors! Sometimes at the end of the day the garbage can in the changing room is overfull and there are no more paper towels.

I really enjoy doing different yoga movements every day, whether they're taught by the same instructor or new ones. Mixing things up with old and new moves keeps my workouts fun and interesting.
Clean facility, friendly staff, not too crowded.
The class itself was very clear and hard without being unfun. Plenty of alternatives for lesser tenured yoga practitioners like myself.

Loved the studio! The instructor Hayley was one of the best. She was very in tune with how the class was doing and I could tell she was giving instructions based on what the class needed. Her directions and flow were a great combo. I used the showers and locker room after and everything was clean.
