Peter is awesome! He did a thorough inspection of our house. He arrived promptly and ready. He is really friendly and approachable. He checked every nook and cranny of the property. He assessed everything, from plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, and more, leaving no stones unturned! He’s very open to educating as well! He walked us through the inspections, recommended fixes if there’s any, he even told us what to budget for in the future! He’s awesome! Highly recommended!

Very thorough, took time to inspect, high level of expertise, amazing detailed report at the end which gave a lot of insight into the property.
