My timing requests have been honored, I am called to be reminded of pending service, and you remember to shut and lock the back gate. My dog and I appreciate that. Everyone is polite, professional, and my yard has improved.

I like the fact that I receive a call prior to treatments, and that the service rep is willing to explain things to me. While my yard generally is in good shape, there are a few areas, which contain some weeds or other types of grass I find unattractive. I've mentioned this and have not received an explanation as to whether anything can be done. I would like some help with this issue.
