Salesman (Wes) was at my house and dropped off a proposal in less than three hours. Very reasonable price, proposal was easy to understand, and he mentioned he could be called 24/7. Moved to VA from NJ about a year ago and most companies are slow in responding to new business opportunities.
Mark, the individual performing the service, introduced himself, explained what he will be doing on his visits, and provided me with expectations on how the lawn will improve over time. Answered all my questions. Nice young man.
