I like the courteous service when I call with a question. We also like that you call ahead to let us know what day you will most likely be out as this helps us to make sure the yard is free of clutter or mowed properly. The aeration and over-seeding as well as the applications throughout the year have helped us better care for the lawn and landscaping. We save time and money using your services since we were having little success with them on our own.
Ease of one payment for a year of services
I tried other companies before Virginia Green but was disappointed in the way my lawn looked. I have very good results now and if something is not to my satisfaction Virginia Green works with me to resolve the problem.
Last year I was unhappy about how things were going. I believe his name was Jason, but he kept after me and even showed up at my house to see how he could help and what could be done. His suggestions on what to do differently worked very well. I went from a disappointed and frustrated customer to a very satisfied customer.

Our regular serviceman, Ben, does a thorough and diligent job applying product. He also leaves helpful tips and constructive feedback on the receipt. Ben is congenial and always receptive to fielding customer inquiries while on site or over the phone. The 'call ahead' notice assures the lawn is debris free and clear for service and homeowners are not surprised by someone on the property unexpectedly.
