I am generally very happy with Virginia Green's service, especially with Brendan, my usual technician. In fact, were it not for yesterday's service I would have nothing negative to say. But the person assisting Brendan yesterday with the lime application (I never got his name), rather than sliding the bolt into the receiver when closing one of the gates between my front and back yards, he simply pulled the gate closed until the bolt gouged into the gate/fence post. In other words, the gate was securely closed but not via the correct method.

Prompt and timely. Began applications the day after I made the decision to use VA Green. So far applications are done in a timely manner, according to the schedule I was given. Love the notice left at the door after each application. There is no guessing what was done, what the application was for and what if anything, I as the homeowner need to do as follow up.
Love that you have a person answering the phone when I called who is also very knowledgeable. Ben who is my account rep was on time and spent a lot of time with me discussing my lawn and landscaping. Follow up calls were answered/returned promptly.

I like how all lawns that have the Virginia green sign on them look so much better than lawns taken care of by Scotts or tru lawn . I used to have scotts and was dissappointed after a couple of years when my lawn didnt look any better and even after I talked with them , they didnt show up to take care of things like they said they would. And when i called tru lawn for an estimate ,the guy got rude when i wouldnt give my credit card number over the phone. So I am very happy with Va Green's lawn care and also customer service!!!

Daniel is very professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had less interaction with Josh, but he is very professional and helpful also. Daniel and Josh always call in advance of applications and are willing to coordinate with my cutting schedule if conflicts (rain) arise. The treatments are effective for a nice lawn. Thank you
