As a healthcare professional, I am very concerned about your technicians, who do not wear respirators during the application of chemicals. When I have questioned them about this, they respond that they were told that the chemicals are harmless. If these chemicals kill weeds, they have to be toxic. I am old enough to remember when smelling gas fumes, working around asbestos, driving a car without using a seatbelt, playing football with a concussion, etc. were all considered to be harmless.
In order to avoid lawsuits from past employees, it would be in the best interest of your company and your employees for you to supply respiratory equipment to be worn by on a mandatory basis by all your technicians when they are exposed to or handle chemicals.

We have a very challenging lawn, due primarily to very low quality "soil." We switched from TruGreen to Virginia Green this year and, while our lawn still far from ideal, it is in significantly better condition than in previous years. Also, your staff seem to be more professional and knowledgeable.

Consistency
This is my first year in my new home with a bermuda lawn. I moved December 2016 and at Spring 2017,out of dormancy my lawn was awful because of rye grass sprouting everywhere in my Bermuda lawn. I knew I needed help. Steve, Jeff, and Jerome were instrumental in turning around my lawn on its first year. It is getting there and looked great by Summer. They gave me advice and helpful. They are professional. I plan to continue with Virginia Green going to my second year.
