Excellent instructors bring variety to the classes. And they are caring and give personal instructions on how to modify some of the exercises. Great location too with plenty of parking.

The two instructors I love are Sarah & Katie they both have a way of making my experience fun, tough, but both continuously challenge me during every class. I feel like they are fully aware of what people are doing wrong and try to correct them. Which I really appreciate.
Katies explanations of getting into certain positions make me understand every single position I need to get in to to make the workout the most effective. After taking her classes I realized I never did a crunch properly!!!!!!
Wonderful staff, well trained in classical Pilates, who bring with them additional movement/ dance life experience. All warm, enthusiastic, personable, and excellent communicating movements and adaptions for the multiple physical abilities and levels they’re presented.
The reception staff is equally outstanding; greeting members warmly, knowledgeable and clear communicators.

the subs are fantastic; no need to cancel when your favorite instructor can't make it. andrea and First name removed always push us to a higher level and keep the class moving nonstop. andrea is an excellent private instructor and i have learned to improve the normal exercises as well as learn new ones. natalie did a nice 2.5 last week that kept us on the Bosu the entire class. Jen subbed for a 2.5 recently and people are very happy with her. the only low light would be allowing people to come to a class and use the reformer and not participate in the class for more than 5 minutes, if that. it sucks the energy out of the class like a black hole; i feel sorry for the people who are right next to her. i guess the good news on that is that only one person does it. she chews gum the whole time too. yikes

I love club Pilates and would recommend to anyone in a flash. However, the classes get booked way in advance and with only 12 spots available it’s easy to get left out. Will you be opening more class slots to meet the demand?

Your facilities are clean & well kept up. Your instructors are well trained & easy to understand. The instructors explain what parts of the body are affected by the current exercise and also state modifications, if needed.
Instructors pay attention to the entire class, and ask individuals if there are any areas of the body that she should be aware of. Also provide further instruction when needed.
