First class in a long time -- it was great. Flow 1 with Jo. Very good instructor, equipment was clean, felt great-- excited about continuing once weather gets better or until we can move inside.

Club Pilates has changed my life! I’ve been coming now for about 4 months and I feel wonderful! I mainly go to a CP Reformer 1 or 1.5. All the instructors are great!
