My twin girls were experiencing challenges in math after entering the 6th grade. After one semester at Mathnasoum they not only improved their grades but now embrace math with a passion. They are now on high school and we are continuing with Marhnasiym to ensure they are staying ahead in their work.. I am grateful for the flexibility of the center with the hours of operation and virtual options for tutoring. The tutors are also very, very patient. My girls constantly tell me they wish the tutors were their actual teachers. The girls are now in honors Geometry and look forward to every Mathnasium session and every Math class. I cannot express how happy I am that my son attended Mathnasium last year. My son will be attending new school this year. Students will come from varying schools with varying exposure based on which math program their school taught. My son’s new school requires summer math work be completed. After much procrastination due to the potential hard work, I was overwhelmed with joy when my son said, ‘Oh, I know how to do this. Our daughter has been attending Mathnasium for about 2.5 years and made a great progress from being average in class to skipping 6th grade math and currently doing advanced seventh grade in school and algebra in Mathnasium. Personalized curriculum, schedule flexibility ( in person and virtual) and great teachers made a great difference! She is confident and her school grade average is 97%.

The kids love coming over and learning
My son wasn't struggling to learn or do math, just complaining about it a lot and falling behind on homework. We took him for the free assessment and there were some skills he was a little bit behind on. We signed him up for 6 months, to have them re-teach those skills and help him work on them, to ensure math doesn't just keep getting harder and harder for him. Only 5 months into it and math isn't only easier for him, he's THRIVING. So much so that a teacher contacted me and said he's advanced, ahead of most kids in his class. He's also more confident. Went from falling behind on math homework to doing it on his own, without being reminded. He complains about going because he's a guy who likes to be home, but always leaves there laughing, smiling and in a good mood. They do a great job of making it fun.
