Our family has had 4+ really great years at Mathnasium. Mathnasium provides a place to slow down and solidify the core math principles, and build up to feeling competent in more advanced math lessons. They've also offered a lot of homework help and studying support. We used Mathnasium from 4th grade to 8th grade. Our son is now very well prepared for high school math, thanks to his time at Mathnasium.

We've worked with very kind and fun tutors through all 4 years. Caitlyn is especially great to work with and has been very helpful anytime we've had a special request. This center does a lot to motivate and reward the students.

For anyone considering Mathnasium, we highly recommend it, without hesitation!

I brought both of my elementary aged children here right after Covid, and has really helped them build their confidence in math. Math used to intimidate them, and they struggled a bit at school. My children have been attending Mathnasium on a regular basis for several years. It has become such an important part of their math curriculum, both for extra practice but also enrichment beyond what their school curriculum teaches. Caitlyn and Eman are awesome at making the experience fun and relatable, and they do. Really impressive job of hiring excellent tutors. We have gotten into a nice routine of this being a part of our extracurricular line-up, and I can’t imagine our elementary and middle school math experience without it.

Mathnasium of LaGrange worked with my schedule to arrange regular weekly sessions for my 9 year old daughter. I love the one on one dynamic that tutoring provides and that she has the same tutor every time so that they become familiar with one another and the tutor can better gauge her growth and success. Our tutor, Corey, is very friendly and has a calm, patient demeanor which helps provide a stress free experience for my daughter who has anxiety when it comes to math. He also provides praise and reinforces that she's doing a great job. I appreciate that the focus is not on how much work they can complete in a session but really working through each problem, and reviewing how she determines the answers she solves for. For my daughter, working on some basic skills and reviewing strategies for subtraction and addition are giving her a lot more confidence to work independently and help her feel more successful. During this time of COVID-19, E-Learning has been challenging, but the virtual experience with Mathnasium has been great, much easier than I thought it would be. The online classroom is easy for my daughter to navigate on her own and the tools are easy to use. She loves it, I never hear her complain that it's time for math!

My both boys love the way math is being taught at Mathnasium. The teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful, and scheduling is easy - especially when they work in their regular format, you can go multiple times a week, and you can always find a schedule that words for you. The teachers are very well informed about the math curriculum for the local schools, and know what areas to target.

Anthony is great! We have a very difficult schedule and he is always willing to try his best to get tutors for us. Also the Stats tutor my son had was phenomenal! Highly recommend!

We signed up for Mathnasium right before the closure for quarantine and at first I'll admit that I was worried we'd made an expensive mistake. However, I have been beyond impressed with how quickly Mathnasium got the online option up and running. Google Hangouts has been so easy to use and my 8th-grader has had a great experience with his tutor, Alex. I'm glad he can continue working on his Mathnasium curriculum while getting some homework help, too. The other day we were talking about the ups and downs of e-learning overall and he specifically mentioned how useful Mathnasium has been:"I actually find Mathnasium really helpful. The presence of a teacher-like figure and the time limit really helps me focus."

Thank you so much for everything you've done to keep Mathnasium going during the closure. It has been much appreciated by our family.

Mathnasium of La Grange has been wonderful for my 3 kids ages: 14, 12 and 9! The staff continuously assess and then plans how to best instruct kids right at their level. The Mathnasium staff is always very helpful, accommodating and flexible with scheduling and discussing student progress.

This is AWESOME!!! Kids love it!!

The boys are having a great time every time I pick them up. I won’t really know how much they have learned until there is some sort of assessment. But so far so good!

Mathnasium is a great way to keep tabs on yearly progress, challenge the kids to go beyond their comfort zone & keep them engaged & excited about math!
