Having Denise as my settlement coordinator was a God sent. She picked up items that were not right with the settlement and called out the seller and the sellers agent on what the problem was. She went beyond the issues to figure out how to settle the issues and still be able to settle. She was professional at all time even though the seller was in her face and she never lost it. She was a professional at all times and without her it would have been a disaster. I would never think of using anyone else but Trident. Thank you!

We had a complex closing with lots of moving parts and a remote last minute location needed in a different state. To say Trident saved the day would be an understatement. Roxann Donahue set us up with a PA location minutes from the Buyers house and when the package was delayed and the Buyers didn’t want to miss their sons birthday party, Trident and our Doylestown office went to them! Roxann worked our end remote and went above and beyond wrapping things up so my Buyers could still gain access to their new property as planned. I wouldn’t consider partnering with anyone else! They are the best at Title and give a personal touch and are a truly professional company. Thanks again!
