Cindy and Karolyn were great to work with as always. Buyer was really happy with their guidance and ease of closing. Seller was a builder and closing kept getting delayed. Trident helped keep an eye on transaction every step of the way.
Everyone at Trident is very responsive and communicative. They are always ready to answer any questions.

Roxann Donahue goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes it an easy process, is willing to spend the time explaining the technical terms and rare situations, and is always willing to work with the crazy schedules of the clients. My buyer was incredibly grateful for all Roxann did to protect her. I would recommend Roxann 100 times over.
