My daughter wanted to go to a math summer camp this year, but we couldn't find one. When I called Mathnasium, they assured me that they could engage her with math games and have a lot of fun, and the price they quoted per month is what I would have spent for a week of camp, except she could go 3 times a week all summer! It was a perfect fit, and she was sad when she left her last session. I could not have asked for a better plan, and the reports they provided on her progress were very enlightening.
The start of 4th grade, my daughter was doing "ok" in math. By the end of the school year she was on honor roll! Thank you Mathnasium for giving her the confidence in herself to try harder!

We've known for years the importance of summer literacy programs, but numeracy deserves equal attention during the summer months to prevent that summer slide during which students can forget what was covered the year before. For three summers now, both of my daughters have enjoyed weekly Mathnasium lessons. Now one of them suggested when she ages out of the summer math maybe she could work there. The greatest benefit is that her confidence has grown to the point that she thinks she could help others learn what she knows about math. Each fall when they return to school, instead of having math class terrors, they say that they are happy to get back to school because they are ready to build on what they learned. Highly recommend.

My son loved Mathnasium! He was so lost before Mathnasium. They are more reasonably priced than private tutoring. He had lots of one on one time but when he was working by himself they were right there to answer any questions that came up.

Great mathematicians working here who provide excellent support for a variety of abilities - kids needing extra help, kids wanting to build on skills, and kids who need a lite help with their homework.
We had a great experience. Tutors were kind and welcoming, and our son (who usually hates Math), was excited to go to Mathnasium. Wish there were a more convenient location in the Red Bank/NorthShore area!

We love Mathnasium. Assessment drives the lessons and there are frequent progress checks. Instructors know their stuff and how to help understand complex concepts.
