I am pleased with my new revamped kitchen - which was finished a week go. However, I am waiting to hear when a chap is coming back with the one draw front that was missing when he was fitting all the doors and drawer fronts. Otherwise it looks very nice. Thanks V.

Ray took my written/ verbal specification and provided a feasible quote.
GT then did a detailed survey of the worktop installation and the new doors/ units.
You fitted me in much earlier than expected.
Michael then fitted the worktop and the new doors/ units on time, despite a van failure on the last day.
The end result is excellent.
Everything lived up to all promises. Very good to see all available options set out in showroom with excellent help given by Laura. Service very quickly set in motion with very good help & advice in planning from Ray on site followed by Shaun making templates. We were delighted with all the fitting which Michael carried out with great precision & attention to detail. Our refurbished kitchen looks splendid & has been much admired by visitors.

My new granite working surfaces have now been satisfactorily renewed, with a new cooker and sink installed by granite. Granite worked efficiently, kept to the planned schedule, and took pains to make sure everything was in working order. Any small details pointed out by me to the crew were taken seriously and dealt with to correct.
Each member of the team who all came on schedule, worked capably, skillfully and professionally.They were all pleasant and polite and happy to discuss and address any points raised, with me. There was minimal disruption to my kitchen, and I was pleased and satisfied at how quickly the project was completed.

From the moment we met and spoke with Laura and Charlie at the office in Leslie Road we knew we were in safe hands. Having been shown around the showroom and our requirements briefly discussed Laura made an appointment for Ray to visit our property and make note of our requirements so that he could put together a quote. This done he arranged another appointment at the office so that he could breakdown each of the options open to us. On both occasions when we met Ray he was very polite and respectful of our needs and at no time did he pressure us into anything we did not want. Having agreed to the quote and set the ball in motion we had Sean visit to prepare the templates etc. He was very professional, polite and friendly. Following on from that dates were agreed for the installation of the worktops, splash backs and cupboard doors to be fitted. Michael (the worktop/splashback fitter) arrived on the appointed day and what a nice chap he was, very friendly, a hard worker and the quality of his work was excellent. Once the worktops etc had been completed Roger, the carpenter/door fitter arrived to transform our cupboards. Another craftsman who like his colleagues was polite, friendly, hard working and produced excellent workmanship. All the staff we came into contact with are a credit to Steve, the Director, they truly are excellent!!
