The kitchen was very clean. The chef was so nice and helpful and fun to spend the evening with. Loved the totally gluten free menu. Great value for the cost.

Great class options and the flow of the schedule in the class is perfect for a beginner cook. Loved how it was set up with a demo first and then moved on to do it ourself.

My daughter and I went to the sushi and dumplings class...we had a wonderful experience! The chef and his assistant were awesome! We will definitely be back.
The facilities were very clean, and I appreciated how our tables were cleared and cleaned during the demonstrations, so that when we came back to start cooking, everything was neat and organized and ready to go!
Lovely working space and venue. The open environment is very conducive to learning and the class size is just right. The barstools were a little cumbersome or not needed. Swivel chair and/or with wheels might be better. That is a very minor point. We enjoyed the experience very much.

My husband and I were given this as a Christmas gift and we went the other night. We attended the home made pizza session and had a great time. The staff was terrific and the other guests were a lot of fun. We are definitely going again. We'll be back with friends!
I've taken my daughter two times and she loves it. I like how things are set up from start to finish and make things easy for them to prepare. I like the story reading during the classes and how they can also taste their creation once it's done. Will definitely take my daughter for the camps and consider semesters to get her motivation going in baking.
My daughter and her boyfriend took the Sushi and Dumpling class at TBK, which was a gift my husband and I purchased for them for Christmas. They had only wonderful things to say about their experience at TBK, which of course makes us thrilled that we gave them both such a cool gift! From the organization and preparedness of the ingredients to the actual creation of their dishes, every aspect of the class was fantastic! I almost forgot the most important part...they had FUN!!
