It was an awesome class and very engaging and had a lot of fun.
The cooking class was fantastic and so much fun. I would suggest making it a full meal next time-ie including a salad and bread with homemade pasta.
We learned useful, everyday skills to use in our own kitchen. Not to mention it was a blast!

I really enjoyed my lesson! I thought that making the pasta was super fun and presented in a way that was manageable to do again at home. The pasta was delicious as well!

TBK was extremely easy to work with and flexible with a last minute menu change. The lead chef and assistants were knowledgeable, friendly and made our cooking challenge fun!

The site was clean, organized, and ready to go when our group arrived. The staff was amazing at teaching the boys (age group not always known for their amazing attention spans), patient, courteous, and kept everything on track.
The one comment was that each table had insufficient filling prepared to allow the table of 6 to prepare 19 cannollis (3/child plus the one for judging). The kids were only able to prepare about half that amount.
The teacher was fantastic! She explained everything so well. The food was great and we really enjoyed the experience overall. It's also extremely affordable for what you're getting -- an experience, a meal, and recipes. I've recommended TBK to others and will continue to do so.
Everything ran like a "well oiled machine." The instructions were clear and the entire evening was really fun!
First, the facility was sparkling clean and very inviting. The instructor and all her associates were welcoming and very organized. The recipes were easy to make but also very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and look forward to going again.
I like the ability for all of us to get a chance to actually cook the meal.
