The energy from those who present your program. Lots of guarded and hesitate newcomers who can be disarmed by the right host. Sami in Bannockburn was that host who created a room of friends by the end (actually before) of the evening.
I have taken 5-6 classes, and not only do I learn some great new recipes, but it's such a fun experience! The chefs are a lot of fun and interactive. They even remember my husband and I from previous classes. We've take classes at a few places around the area, but this kitchen is fun, laid back and has always produced a tasty result!
I went with my mom and it was a great experience for both of us. The executive chef made it fun and the assistants were so helpful. Having everything prepared ahead of time kept the class organized, while still allowing us to do most of the cooking...and the food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back for more classes!
