Candid answer: When I buy something like this for my dog -- or for myself -- I really don't have any way to know whether it's going to be good/effective, not so good, or not good at all. I have to go on my impressions of the company: its website, its customer service, etc., until I've tried it and tried to see if I notice any difference.
I bought Platinum products because my Lab just had bi-lateral knee surgery (TPLO), and I wanted to do everything I could to ensure that he would have an optimal recovery. So far, he's doing remarkably well, according to his vet. And we expect a full recovery. I expect that adding Platinum supplements has contributed to that, even though I don't really know. Would I buy them again. Resounding yes! Even though I haven't a clue about the extent to which they contributed.

Easy of feeding and ordering. Palitabity of the product. My mule is a REALLY picky eater, but she LOVES her platinum performance. Since she's been on it her attitude is much happier and none of that moody mare attitude.
It was recommended by our breader and our cat does not reject it one bit. That is a huge plus when it comes to vitamins.
My 25 year old appaloosa mare looks amazing. She has no molars to eat hay and grass so she gets a special concoction of low starch feed, beet pulp, alfalfa cubes and of course Platinum Performance..her weight looks great and you can tell she just feels good!
No idea WHY the Platinum Performance CJ has made such a difference in my 11 yr. old Great Danes rear end mobility issues,(as I have been supplementing almost the exact same ingredients for years) but it has.
Will she ever be the spry 3 yr. old she once was, well no, but she is visibly feeling much better than she had been, prior to starting her on the Platinum CJ.
I have already highly recommended it to two friends with older Great Danes as well.
They really seem to do what you advertise. I have had my endurance horse on Platinum performance for about 6 months now and he seems to be very perky and his poop is firmer. I was always concerned that it was too runny.

I received the products in a timely manner, I am still waiting to see how my horse responds to the products but if I see improvement in his allergies I know several people that will be very interested in trying them.
