I have a 6 yr old mare I run barrels with. She would get on the muscle too much and just have run on her mind going to the first barrel, I started her on Platinum Gentle, HAD the best 1st barrel ever! Instead of hanging on her head for control, I turned her loose to the first barrel and she rated for me when I asked her and had a beautiful turn. I have only used the Platinum Performance maintenance. It seems to work very well. My horse is 32 years old and thriving.
