GI is a great product. After researching for 5 days on how to solve my horseās chronic diarrhea, the Assure Guard Gold was fired and Platinum GI was ordered.
Each product has different GI components. Platinum compliments and solved chronic diarrhea when Assureās components encouraged it. Be careful to understand your ingredients. My vet recommended Assure, but their components exacerbated diarrhea and malnutrition occurred.
I cannot be more grateful for Platinum GI, and now several horses in our group are enjoying the benefits.
Be your horseās advocate and try Platinum products. The silver lining is colic care insurance should there be a need; however. My horse shows that we should never need to make a claim. While it can be uncomfortable to go against a vetās suggested. My horse and several others are feeling great and enjoying their life each day.

In one summer my gelding was on a long term course of antibiotics, then followed up by having questionable hay due to severe droughts. I did my best with supplementing pellet alfalfa and timothy hay, but it all did a number on his stomach and hindgut. He was extremely cinchy to the point of nipping. I couldn't even brush him without him swishing his tail and pinning his ears, and he had constant diarrhea. I spent a lot of money on other products that acted like a band aid, but the loose stool and crabby attitude never fully went away. I found Bio Sponge and within 3 doses I noticed a change. By the end of the 7 days he had solid stool, and a much better demeanor. I have since kept him on the Platinum Balance and have seen none of the previous issues again.
It has kept our older horses healthy and sound.
Customer service is excellent and his allergies are much better on Platinum Skin & Allergy.

They WORK!!! I use Platinum GI for both of my Senior horses to help maintain weight and prevent Fecal Water Syndrome. I also use Skin & Allergy for my horse Chip who has always had skin issues. Iām able to manage his skin problems and keep him comfortable. The third product that I use is the Healthy Weight oil which also helps with weight issues. I am very pleased with all three of Platinum Performance products. I trust them to help in keeping my horses healthy.

I seriously thought our new Quarter horse had Cushings. He could not shed his winter coat in the Texas heat. We started him on Platinum Plus GI, and he looks like a different horse!
He shed his coat, is incredibly shiny, and has great energy. It took about a month to build up but once he started to shed, he looked like a new horse within a week!
