The website and explanations about what comes in a pak is confusing but once I spoke with a customer rep, it was easy to understand and work with. The best part is that you are notified in advance when a shipment is coming and can make adjustments easily online.

Most recently, I tried the Orthochon and I feel like it really does work! I am an older (58) runner/triathlete and was having foot issues and soreness in my hip joints.
