I own a 28-year-old who I have owned for the past 9 years. For those 9 years, we have always struggled with loose poop to the point where it was like cow poops. I changed my order for "Frankie" to the PP GI formula. Since I still had extra of the regular PP I gave it to my older trail horse that only gets a cheaper all around vitamin. Within a few weeks everyone began to comment on "Johnny!" His coat was shed out which he often doesn't do anymore...he has beautiful dapples, and he just looks noticeably better! So I was shamed into getting PP for both of them! Love your products!

Your customer service is GREAT! And since I'm in the field of customer service as well, this is a subject I do know about. Your CR replaced a container of Refresh when it became too hard to use.
I tried Refresh last year on a suggestion from a friend for my TB who thought out FL weather was too hot and he stopped sweating. Granted we hit him with a barage of things, Chinese herbs, acupuncture, beer and Refresh, he at least started sweating again. This year it's only been Refresh and he's done great.
