My older Arabian horse always had hoof problems, mainly "shelly" walls and breakage. Because of this, we had to keep him shod constantly, which causes its own problems. He was on an array of supplements, and getting large dosages of products for his hooves. Nothing really worked. A few years ago, my vet recommended Platinum Performance and took him off all the other supplements. Within 6 months, his hooves had improved dramatically, and we no longer have to keep him shod. No more large chunks of hoof wall fall off anymore! Since we live in the same place, with the same weather, and the same management practices and feeding program, I have to conclude that Platinum made the difference in his hooves.
I also like the automatic shipping program, since I don't have to remember to order, and I never run out. Great product!!!!!

I used Platinum Performance CJ for my old rescue dog, Buddy a ten year old Akita type, and I'm certain it helped him in the last years that I had him. At age 13 he finally became so crippled, incapacitated and sad that it was kinder to have him put down a few weeks ago. I had just purchased a new 6-month supply of Platinum Performance CJ for Buddy, and I passed it on to a friend with another old dog. I am now waiting for an English Golden Retriever puppy that I can bring home in early April; looking at Platinum Performance products to see what is designed for puppies or young dogs.
