My 8.5 year old cavalier King Charles spaniel (fed since puppyhood with fresh food) has been suffering from a sudden onset of extreme inflammatory bowel disease and his been unable to completely taper off of prednisone (over one year). The Biosponge product has helped control his loose bowels and allow us to halve the maintenance dose of the prednisone. He seems more energetic since taking the Performance canine product and his recovery time after big workouts is much shorter. And he loves the taste!!

Here's what I don't like. You never offer any discounts or promotions of any kind to your returning customers. I received free shipping once, a couple years ago...and I had to practically beg for that.
Your product is expensive. I'm ok with that, because I believe it's worth it. I'm also a working stiff, and like most folks, I have to budget my money carefully. A little consideration on your part towards your regular customers would be appreciated.
