I just started using the performance formula for my mare as it was recommended by my vet to help increase the odds of breeding. Can't say yet if I think it has worked or not since she was not ready the first trial! Hopefully it's just that she was not ready this early. Going to start my other horses on the CJ formula soon! Heard a lot of good things about it
Yes, the products are great but its really the customer service that is why I keep coming back. All of my dogs are happy & healthy thanks to starting them on daily wellness since puppies.

They work! Once I started giving the CJ formula to my 11-year old German Shepherd / Malamute mix his mobility (hip area) definitely improved. He was back to trotting. I sprinkle it over his meals twice a day and he scarfs it up.
I discovered Platinum Performance through another very satisfied customer (horse and 2 dogs). I've even gotten positive reactions from other dog people I've met when I mention I use Platinum Performance -- including my vet. You're obviously doing things right! I've recommended it to others as well.
I also love that you notify me in advance of a delivery -- I'm on auto-ship. Only once in 3 years have I had to delay a shipment -- and that was dealt with cheerfully and professionally. I also very-much like that what I receive is a recent / current ingredient-formula mix -- not something that's been sitting on a shelf for many months -- or more.
Also am super-impressed by the knowledge of the staff I've had contact with. Laura had some great thoughts and suggestions -- all made sense and also worked. I use Bio-Sponge very occasionally but I'm glad I have it around.

Everything! Platinum proformance has helped my horse a ton! My rescue OTTB came to me with some serious gut issues when I got him last spring. We started him on the GI right away. He gained so much weight and it has really helps smooth out all his issues. Chance preformed amazing last season in his Novice Eventing career with his GI. We never go anywhere without it! I highly recommend these products.

I love the quality ingredients in your product but to be honest, I have an issue with the packaging. I am a strong woman but I can hardly get the lid off the plastic bucket both the first time and subsequent times without hurting myself and/or exerting a great deal of effort - way more than should be required to get the lid off a plastic bucket. I cannot put it back on fully each time because it is too difficult to get off again. Please make a lid that is easier to get on and off
