I've used both the equine and canine products for decades. I like that there's real science behind the products, not just anecdotal information. My horses and dogs readily eat Platinum Performance, their glossy coats and good health stand as testimony to its effectiveness. I wouldn't use anything else and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either! I am using the Metabolic supplement for my mini because of Cushing disease. His first reaction was poor. It was like trying to get s drugged horse to move. I cut him back to a dose that was 25% of the suggested dose and he is doing much better. He has energy and is doing OK at maintaining his weight with proper feeding.
