I have a horse with COPD that I rescued from a kill pen. He was emaciated and had a dull coat. I have used this product from day one and love it. I also like the fact that my horse doesn’t have any issue eating it with his grain, unlike other supplements we have tried. His coat is shiny, and he has put on so much weight. I would recommend this product to any horse owner!

Platinum GI was recommended to me by a Platinum Performance sales rep for my (then) 38 year old miniature horse who could no longer eat hay and was having a hard time keeping weight on with just soaked senior feed. I had called to order Healthy Weight and she suggested that I try GI instead. The change was almost miraculous. At one point I took him off it because he was gaining too much weight. I used the remainder for my large pony who had suffered a salivary gland abscess and lost quite a bit of weight during the illness (he was 29 at the time). This spring the mini, who is now 40 years old, suffered the first illness he has had in the 16 years I have owned him. He did not eat well for weeks and lost weight. I bought another bucket of Platinum GI and he is going into the winter looking and eating great.

I have been feeding the Platinum Performance Equine for not quite a year now to my 7 year old Rocky Mountain Horse gelding, an incredible trail horse. He has really changed since I started- beefier and stocky with great muscle mass and definition. I get a lot of compliments on how much different he looks, how good he looks. I like too that this is easy to feed- he is a very easy keeper. He lives outside with a run-in shed for shelter, and I have also noticed that his coat doesn't fade as much as it used to in the summer.
I do miss the EQ bars you used to have- they were great to take along on the long, hard trail rides in the mountains- easy to feed during the ride.

I had a problem with the food I was feeding due to a formula change. It fried my dogs coat. I weent bacl to Platinum Preformance Plus and in a few weeks the coat looked 100 % better. 2 month later he is back in great coat! I also got rid of the offending dog food
