First and foremost, the customer service! I usually call to order more product, and have had to ask (recently) some questions about it. Everytime I have had any questions or concerns, I have been given straight answers, including “I’m not sure, let me check into it.” Just on that alone, I will co tongue with your products…..but the main reason I keep reordering, is the way it makes my dogs’ coats look and feel!
