I have liked everything that I have purchased up until I got the Renew paste. The tubes exploded and they were very difficult to administer because the paste was like drywall spackle. I emailed Platinum telling them I wanted a refund and would send the remaining tubes back and they did not hassle me at all. They immediately refunded me and did not require me to return the unused tubes, I appreciate that kind of customer service.

My horse had gut disruption that included loose poop on her legs for four months. I tried four other products with minimal relief. A dressage instructor recommended I try your product. In less than 10 days she stopped having the problem. Her poop now has full texture, there is no acid odor and her hocks are clean.

First your customer service! When my horse did not like the flavor I chose for him, your staff sent me samples of the other choice. He is eating the other flavor with no issues.
Second your products are some of the best I found on the market. The ingredients in your products have some of the highest amounts in the industry. Knowing that you have a staff that is so well trained and understands the products is also a plus.
Third is results, since my horse has been on your CJ product he has won $ at every event we have carried him to! (Barrel horse)
