Quality. Easy of use. Freshness. EFFECTIVENESS, my horses look so great! My chestnut looks like he's been sprayed all over with Show Sheen (but he hasn't) and my mostly white pinto's coat glimmers (when she's not muddy). Also, for all of their energy that they are getting from their diet, Platinum Gentle, is keeping their high strung personalities in balance. I've been having trouble keeping weight on my horses because of the the turnout quality where I board; this summer has been unusually poor. Between adding quality forage and increasing their dose of Performance they've gone from a Body Condition Score of 3-4 to a solid 5 in about a month!
I put my dogs on it after I had had my mare on it for several years. People always comment on her shiny coat and her enthusiastic personality. Really. So I put my dogs on it and noticed a difference in them immediately, like less than two weeks. More energy, especially my 11 year old lab. Over several months, his coat looked better, his hind legs were stronger, and he appears to be having no problems with allergies, which he has had in the past. The only issue is that their coats are so healthy and thick, that they are shedding all summer! But I love it for all of them. Name removed

Hoofs and their coats are so much better and they are healthier.
This product (your skin/allergy formula) completely stopped (big iumprovement in just 3 days) irritation from fly bites, and allergic reactions to insect bites and allowed my mare's skin sores to heal. I will begin using this product early in the spring in 2012.
They work! I speak of HA. I began it, thought it too expensive, stopped it for 3 months, wish I hadn't and we are back on it leaping up to the SUV carseat as if we were Spiderman.
