When you see good stuff happening on the outside of the animal (in my case, horses), you know there's good stuff happening on the inside. In other words, when their coats are like mirror finishes without the aid of topical solutions, you know there has to be good immune support going on inside.
Not sure about the products yet as far as getting the results I want (haven't been using them long enough) but your service is great! I was very impressed by the email check to see how I was doing with the products. And then after replying, the response back from your people. My vet recommended your products for the science behind them and I regard his opinion very highly.

My dog has acute Pancreatitis and my vet recommended Platinum Performance, because she was unable to get enough nutrition from her food alone. She enjoys the taste and has been taking the powder for over a year now and her quality of life is wonderful. She has gained needed weight, her coat is shiny, she has all the energy she had as a puppy and the powder has even helped keep her appitite up where it needs to be. They are easy to feed and the packets make it easy to handle. The horses love it. Just after one week I am seeing an improvement in my oldest horse.

I know my horses and dogs are getting a quality product that does what it says it will.
The Platinum Performance Joint Therapy is top quality. My 7 yr. old pomeranian was having a hard time going up and down stairs and since he's been taking the Joint Therapy he's like a new dog. His eyes are bright and his nose is black and moist where before it was dry.
Results and ease of use
My horse likes the taste, and I do notice that his coat is always shiny. I'm not sure if his joints are improved by the product, but I do know that he is 25 years old this year and is still going strong with no stiffness -- so I am going to continue the supplement.
I feed raw meat in addition to dry and canned foods. I feel your product has what is needed to supplement my raw diet and the cats love it.

I have loved Plantinum Performance CJ for my horse. He is in great shape. I also was impressed with the service when he got the diarrhea and how quickly the Bio Sponge got to me. I still have a question about his urine killing grass like it does. I am not satisfied with the answer you gave me about it. He is off the CJ for awhile and I am curious to see if his urine will still kill grass. I will let you know. Since it is the only product that has been consistant and he has been killing grass since he has been given it as a yearling, I do believe it can only be the Platinum. Your service is still great, however, and I do recommend you to everyone and whenever someone comments about my horse's appearance and how great he always looks, I make mention that he gets Plantinum Performance.
