Excellent customer service - the best I have experienced. Our dog's coat looks excellent - shiny and thick, and she is in excellent health. Her hip dysplasia does not seem to bother her after being on the CJ for the past 4 years.
I have a horse that has trouble with weight & the healthy weight product has helped him put on & maintain his weight. I also have had a dog that liimps periodically since I have had her on the joint CJ she has not been limping & appears not to be as stiff when getting up.
All my horses have ran good on it. I still can not get this new one to eat it, even with the samples of flavors. The rep will be in louisiana end of month. Will speak with him then.

I get the Platinum Paks and I love how easy they come and that they are pre-sized and pre-scooped for easy use.
Thorough presentation of ingredients, and results are phyisically evident in my horse. I started out with regular Platinum Performance to enhance my horse's hair coat and immunity to biting fly hives, which it achieved. When I sent him back to the trainer, my Veterinarian there recommended that the CJ formula has provided noticeable results in supporting older performance horses so I switched to that formulation. I believe the CJ is great as a preventative and my horse always has the "best coat" in the barn!
I feed it to my gelding who has arthritis issues. I believe it helps his mobility and general overall condition. He loves it too :-)

Although I had to cut back to 1/2 the suggested amount of Platinum because he is quite sensitive to vitamins, I love the product. My horse's coat is shinier, his hooves are tougher, and he just seems to perform better and feel better.

The product itself WORKS! I love that most of all, but I love the convience of home delivery and packaging.
Primarily, my horse likes the taste so I don't have to camouflage it. The packaging is convenient. I like the reduced shipping cost on automatic refill orders. I think it is helping with the navicular syndrome I am treating but couldn't know for sure unless I took her off it. Reduced activity & special shoeing are also part of the treatment. It adds about $200.00/month to her care which is alot for a retiree & may be the reason I have to discontinue using it.

Our Australian shepherd, Katie had very dry and flaky skin until we started giving her Platinum Performance. It took a while but now her skin and coat are much improved!

Platinum uses high quality ingedients. Our dog eats them up every morning and he is in great health. He walks and runs 3-5 miles 5 days a week.
