They work. First and foremost the products perform as they are designed and there is a noted difference in quality of the ingredients. Great price given how much you spend on lots more of a product that does a quarter of the work. I am a believer in quality versus quantity, my horses hooves are amazing given the time he has been using Platinum Ultra and the farrier has noted a difference. It was the LAST product I tried, Farrier Formula, Smart Paks, etc. I did them all, doubled the dosages, etc. Nothing.
Please don't ever skimp on quality, it makes all the difference.

Customer service was great. I had trouble ordering online and your customer service was very prompt in responding to my request for assistance and shipped me the products right away. The products I bought were BioSponge and Gastric Support. They are very good products but unfortunately they didn't stop my horse's problem with his chronic diarrhea. Found a vet that didn't want to just treat the gut but the whole horse so she took a closer look at his environment and any stress factors around him. Too many horses have moved away from our barn leaving him feeling lonely and depressed. An EHV-1 virus quarantine added to more stress. One of our mares passed away, so more stress.... There could also be some protozoa involved that we can't pinpoint. With some supplementation to calm him mental and emotional state and adding a slow feed hay bag to keep him occupied and some holistic herbal supplements with trace minerals, concentrated probiotics and spirulina, etc.... he's finally doing much better. Thank you for your help. I do have half of the huge tub of BioSponge I don't know what to do with it though so if you can take it back, I'd appreciate it. The Gastric Support is all used up and I went through a couple of tubs. Thank you.

The fabulous results I see both in my 23 year old, cushings syndrome mare and my 6 year old dressage horse who is in heavy training. They both look great and are even a bit chubby on ONLY local grass hay and 1 1/2 cups safe choice with their vits 2x a day.

It is of good quality and has everything in it that I want to feed my horse. I also like the fact that she literally licks the feed tub clean she likes it so much and she is very picky when it comes to supplements.

I just recommended Platinum Performance to a friend and promised that it would make her horse fire. It even makes my 19 year old broodmare fire. I will let you know after about 30 days how her horse is performing.
Living in the South I do not blanket my horses. The horses that are on Platinum Performance are slick and shiny. The old broodmare was on the Skin and Allergy last summer because the flies were eating her up. Her skin condition improved tremendouly. Then her eyes started to water and the vet said to put her back on the Skin and Allergy. Her eyes look so much better. I will keep her on the Skin and Allergy.
I have started another horse on the Electrlyte and Thermoregulation but I won't know how well that works until the temperatures are over 95. i have been pleased with all the products that I have tried.

Most the time I feed on my own and measuring and feeding is no big deal, but on those days or weeks when I am out of town it is reassuring that premeasured and marked supplements give my help an easy way to feed.
I have been giving my German Shepard-12 years old - your product - she loves it and I think I can see an improvement in her - she is showing signs of hip problems and it seems to be helping a lot-I am hoping I didn't wait too long about giving it to her.

I have only bought the hoof supplement but I've found that I have to buy it every winter/spring. I'm considering giving it year round now. I'm not a vitamin/supplement person and I like things simple but for some reason my horse's feet have started flaking on the sides close to the ground and breaking off great pieces of outside hoof wall until he almost can't get shoes replaced due to the nails causing more breakage. I feed him Purina Ultium so I feel that he is getting a complete feed and he's always had great feet. Anyway, whatever the cause, Platinum Performance Platinum Hoof Support corrects the problem and his hooves are strengthened. He's back to normal and I don't have to worry about 'feet' anymore. He doesn't act like the taste bothers him at all and THAT'S a big plus. I wouldn't be able to continually give something he hates.
