I use the Platinum Performance CJ. My horse is an Arabian and I mostly do endurance riding. I was working to increase her fitness level for a 100-mile ride. She got pulled from the ride when her hip cramped up. It was shortly after that when we found out she had arthritis starting in her hocks at the age of 7. After we found out, the vet injected her hocks and I started giving her monthly injections of Adequan. We continued doing 50-mile rides and her fitness level improved. I still wanted to work toward completing that 100-mile ride, and our vet said that she would set her own limitations. About 4 months before the ride I asked my trainer if there was a supplement I could give her in addition to help my mare more. My trainer recommended Platinum Performance CJ. Our vet had recommended it for another client and my trainer was amazed at the difference it made in that horse. But she warned that it was not cheap. I didn't care. I just wanted my horse to be comfortable and happy (and complete the 100). It made a difference! In January, we did two 50-mile rides back-to-back. I could feel the difference in her. She was real happy and full of herself. She completed all vet checks and on the second day she led our group into the finish line the last 5 miles or so. I never felt that with her before. We placed 7th. In February, she had a repeat performance during the 100-mile ride. She passed the vet checks with flying colors up to the very end. In fact, the last 10 miles she was encouraging the other horses to go when we were walking. During both rides she pulsed down lower and faster than any other ride. She recovered nicely from the 100, wanting to get out of her stall and go for a hand-walk by the end of the day after the ride. By Day 2 she was running around in the arena. I know everything came together to make this happen - her fitness level, muscle increase, discovering the arthritis and treating it - but I believe the Platinum gave her the edge she needed to feel that good and complete the rides. This is a long story to tell you - I love Platinum! And I tell everyone about our experience with it.

Nutrition is the basis for health of any organism. I know I am getting the best support for all of my animals whether they are already healthy or have developed a condition. I can see the difference! My mixed breed dog Maggie started with paw chewing and severe gastrointestinal upset at 6 months old. She literally almost died from her extreme allergy to chicken before we got her allergies figured out and put her on the right food and medications. She still suffered from occasional seasonal itchiness though, resulting in hotspots, lick granulomas, and general misery. Even after visits with veterinary specialists, it was not until I added Platinum Performance CJ along with the Skin and Allergy formula that Maggie remained symptom free- for years now. Maggie is 9 1/2 years old now, and she greets me every morning with a stretch and wag, and can keep up with a one year old cattle dog in the back yard. I put a foster dog, Buddy, with a nearly septic skin infection on the same combination, along with meds from the vet, and within 3 months he has regrown his entire hair coat and most people can't even tell he ever had a problem. Last but not least, Dahin, my 19 year old Arab mare fell in the pasture during a storm and received injuries to her front legs that snapped and mangled her main extensor tendons, communicated with her carpal joints and one fetlock and a gaping wound about her left eye, and could have left her crippled or resulted in euthanasia. She had already been on Platinum Performance CJ, and after speaking with a Platinum Performance nutritionist I added Osteon. She wouldn't have survived without emergency veterinary care and hospitalization, but I believe Platinum Performance gave her what she needed to heal. After 6 months of stall rest, bandaging, and weekly to monthly rechecks, seeing that floating trot again makes it all worth it. Even the vets are pleasantly surprises at how well she's doing and that she may return to previous athletic ability, and that speaks volumes. I don't know many people who are willing to spend the money on a quality supplement like this, but after working in the veterinary field and now as a farrier, I can honestly say that Platinum Performance is worth it's weight in gold and certainly supports money spent on veterinary care better than anything else I've ever seen. My horse and I love Platinum Preformance CJ Paks!! They have made such a tremendous difference in my 18 year old saddlebred gelding! His career started as a 5 gaited horse showing at many shows and he now is gearing up to get back into the show arena as a pleasure horse showing both under saddle and under harness. He looks fantastic and we get tons if compliments on how good he looks. He definitely loves his Paks, he has always been a super pick eater along with a really hard keeper. I notice a huge difference after we started the paks he was more comfortable and enjoyed getting worked, he has also maintained a healthy body weight and his tail and mane have grown like crazy and his feet are so healthy! Before he seemed reluctant to go to work and was constantly sore and needed injections to keep him comfortable. He now starts out a little sore but he gets warmed up quicker and he looks amazing! I wish I would have started platinum years ago to help him out more I'm do glad he has it now!!! my horses coats, hooves and total health is astounding, at times I'm forced to feed straight alfalfa and as long as I feed Platinum there are no worries about adverse affects such as diariah, stomach upset, ect.
