Comes highly recommended by my veterinarian. Advisory team at Platinum made placing the order very easy. Received free samples in a timely manner. My daughter received the product I ordered for her and had shipped to Stephenville, TX in an expected amount of time. Three of my horses have tried the product and all seem to find it palatable and don't leave it in the bottom of their feed pans.
I like that it is easy for me to feed. No measuring. And I know everything is in there that my horse needs. My horses love it and now all the horses on the barn are on it. The difference that I have seen in my horse's coat was fabulous.
And talking to the associates on the phone to figure out what I needed was very helpful.
Quality! My nephew is a vet and he recommended my first Platinum Performance for my race horse. Then my track vet recommended Bio Sponge. Super quality, always correct and prompt when changes are made, my horse feels great and I know that he has excellent systemic support from the Platinum products.
When I moved my horse to a new stable, she literally freaked out. (She began lactating, which continued for 11 months, rearing, circling in her stall, biting the walls, wouldn't stand for a farrier--all new behaviors). The vets who saw her couldn't (or did not know how) to help her (other to say she did not have an ovarian cyst). My new vet recommended your products. After a few weeks she began to calm down. She is much less reactive. I've recently added your calming product as a preparation to resume turnout. (She had injured herself soon after the move while freaking out and had to be on stall rest for many months.)
I have already recommended your products to several people, and since I do not have a dog, gave the dog catalogue to a friend who does have a dog.

My horse does great on your platinum performance but unfortunately my shihtzu just can't deal with it. I tried introducing VERY slowly over a ten day period and his
Bowels were always upset and stools bloody. I stopped and he was fine, tried again a week later and same thing.....
I used same product years ago on a different dog and it worked great.
