I like the care and commitment that the staff has for the product and the efforts they go to so the client will have a satisfactory experience. My horse underwent MRI and was diagnosed with porous navicular bone and torn ligaments at the navicular. I don't think my horse has been on Platinum Performance CJ long enough to see a big improvement. He is moving better with shoeing, 3 degree wedge pad and 3 degree wedge shoe. Farrier sees him every 3 weeks for a reset and thinks he is moving better. Will stay with your product to the end.
I like the quality of the ingredients contained in the Platinum products. I did a lot of research looking for the correct balance of vitamins/minerals etc. to support a foal with OCD related issues and so far feel that I made the correct decision swithching him to the two products I ordered. My next order will contain more for other horses in my program. With 20+ horses (broodmares, stallions, youngstock and mature show horses competing and winning at the National level) I can see us utilizing more of the Platinum family of products. I thought you had wonderful customer service and loved when I called and actually got to talk to a human. My horse liked the powder but it got a little messy at times when he blew his nose in it and it flew everywhere. I tried to wet it down a little but that didn't seem to help and he would smear it. But all in all it did help him and hopefully will continue to help him.
They are high quality products that actually help my horses. I have an older cutting horse on Platinum CJ. It has been noticeably helpful in managing some arthritis issues and in recovering from an injury. Platinum is the best!

I have only used the Bio Sponge on my alpacas. It works very well to stop the runs and get their gut back in order. I have recommended it to several people who own alpacas.
My dog came from DAWG in Santa Barbara and we were provided with a sample of the powdered canine performance product then. We decided to continue to use it becuase ee has such good energy, shiny coat and general good health! The bites/treats are easier for us to use since he LOVES treats.
