I have had a great experience from the very beginning...during the ordering process I had an excellent person help me with questions, the product I ordered came quickly with brochure and additional information, and I received a note making sure everything was satisfactory. But, I have a very sad story. I ordered the Performance CJ for our wonderful 9 l/2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog who was a therapy dog. We were in the middle of trying desperately to find out what was making her so ill and having had your product highly recommended to us, felt it may help. As it turned out, we were only able to give it to her for a very short time and we had to let her go because it turned out to be cancer and she was suffering. We are devastated. We will be passing your product along to a very good friend who has several very special dogs. And, if all goes well, am sure we will be recommending your product to many of our friends. Thank you.

I have been happy with how the skin and allergy product has started to help my mare. She has problems in the summer with the flys and heat and gets real itchy and this does seem to be providing some relief. Also how quick you process the orders and get them mailed out. Thank you.

I use platinum for my dogs and horses. We rescued a Black Russian Terrier who had lameness issues and he responded very well to the Platinum. My 25 year old dressage horse is on CJ and is showing 4th level and winning! My 18 year old I-1 horse on CJ recently won an I-1 freestyle. Platinum works!

I have 4 horses, ranging in age from 21 years to 2 years, on various Platinum product. They are all doing great. I like how I am able to customize their paks and target the specific issues they each have. The paks also make feeding easier both at home and traveling.

I do like the platimum performance vitamin supplement and the equine platinum skin and allery support. I have been struggling with seasonal 'bug' allergies for 5 yrs now, and have yet to find a near 100% cure or halt on the allergy problem.Have been working a holistic vet after trying conventional vet rx modalities. But still trying to find what works best for my horse. Hopefully soon we can nip it in the bud. Very frustrating for both me and my horse!
