I like that the products have the date they were made. I like the list of ingredients. My dogs (5 of them) eat all of it without any problems. They seem to like it. The product is delivered very quickly I do not have to wait a week to get it. I get it within 2-3 days at most without paying extra in shipping. I never do auto ship because I am afraid companies will bill me at their convenience but I used the product before my auto shipment was up. The company let's you tell them how often you want to purchase. I have seen a big difference in my dogs such as shinier coat, more energy, pleasant demeanor, and one dog has had allergies her whole life that cause her to scratch almost constantly. I have noticed that she no longer scratches all the time. I never thought anything would alleviate her discomfort but Platinum Performance has done this for her. I am completely satisfied and will be a customer as long as I have pets!
